Okay place for cars to stop and a lot of traffic. Im a bit unsure tho as you can get to Sarajevo this way (Doboj, Zenica) or through the South route. I had a kind driver take me a bit out of Doboj.

Thumbing and sign didn’t work as cars are going too fast. I had to ask around and someone with a BIH licence plate eventually took me all the way to Banja Luka.

Good spot where two sets of cars stop at lights alternatively. Can take a bus here from town. Ride took me most of the way to Jajce.

Got a ride from border A to border B but had to get another from southern end. Staff let you wait right after car barrier. Both took about 10 mins wait. Guy was super chatty but be aware to just refer to Banja Luka and keep an open mind - my driver was keen to impress it is not Bosnia!

We, a couple, used a Jajce sign and stood next to the zebra crossing in front of the bus station, there the cars can easily pull over. Also, you can get there by a bus directly from the city center. Solid traffic on a Wednesday morning.

Chad estis vere malsana ĉi-tage, kvazaŭ ŝlimo en la tero. Ni provis, sed fakte la automobilo haltis en la superbazaro, verŝajne ankaŭ pro Teamo Schaukel, kiuj en ĉi tiu kazo estis tri kaj ne povis preni tiun rektan veturon, kiu fakte donis al ni la unuan lokon ĉi-tage. Multaj homoj ankoraŭ provis, ĉi tiu ulo fakte iris al Mustar. Bosniano retiriĝis en Francio.

Alia ĉeĥa petveturanto ricevis veturon antaŭ ni en la sama loko, unu iranta al Tajlando ankaŭ per petveturado.

Tio estis malfrue en la nokto, sed ni havis "Tramprennen" por venki. Ni uzis 6-kilometran ŝildon, sed 2-kilometra ŝildo ankaŭ funkcius, ĉar baldaŭ estas disbranĉiĝo. La ulo ne iris al Kupra, sed proksime, kaj fine kondukis nin tien.

Tio estis amuza, ĉar ni, Ĉado kaj mi, alvenis ĉi tien ankoraŭ dumtage, sed tiel lacigitaj de la trolado de la limkontrolo, kiu devigis nin marŝi 6 km por nenio krom blablabla, ke ni decidis manĝi en la restoracio, kredante, ke ni ne havus pli da ŝancoj tiun tagon atingi bonan rangon (ni atingis la duan lokon tiun nokton). Sed ni ricevis rektan vojaĝon al Banja Luko.

Waited with a sign at the entrance, but then just went to gas station and the second car not only took us across the border to Banja Luka, but gave beers!

early august 2011 ; headed for Sarajevo, had to be driven south first (to Bugojno) ; i stood next to a small road, like a hilly countryroad on the very limits of town, ater several roundabouts, there are petrol stations and watermelons, it's a long straight road and cars can see you from afar, plenty of pullover possibilities

Take a bus 6 (or smth) out of the city till last stop there is wide place to stop. Check transport map in bus stops. To Sarajevo,Jajce,Mostar not so easy, but we managed to do that.
